Delivery- All of our items are in stock other than a selection of bikini sets which are 2 weeks delivery & Fur coats. Please message to check if we have any in stock as we currently do! All other items will be dispatched the same day. 

We hope you absolutely love your outfits but if for any reason you would like to make a return please send your order back and ensure that the return reaches our return address  within 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT (please message for the details)

We are within rights to refuse any returns, if your return is refused for any reason, you will be responsible to pay for your  return to be sent back to you as we will not cover this by any circumstance. 

Any returns made will be issued with a credit note/store credit.

TO RETURN:

Please include a note with your name, order number and reason for return inside the parcel. If this is not added in we will not know who sent the return and this will delay the return process.

Returns are covered by the customer, we recommend using a signed for a tracked service& keeping hold of your proof of postage as we are not responsible if your parcel is lost on the way back to us and no credit note will be given without the return being received .

Please take care when trying your items on as we will only accept items that :

- Are unused/ unworn

-in the same perfect condition you received

- Must have all tags attached& in original packaging

- No makeup /fake tan/ deodorant marks or any stains

-no odours, heavily fragranced and no washing smell

(If we believe any of your items have been returned washed, worn, stained etc it will be refused.
